This equipment integrates laser cutting and cross-sectional passivation into one. It can be used in the previous process of stringer to perform laser cutting on the full cell, and then passivate the cross-sections of the half cutting or multiple cutting cells. This can effectively reduce the recombination loss on the cutting surface, increase the open-circuit voltage and fill factor of the cell, and thereby enhance the conversion efficiency of the cell.
